Individual sessions are 50 minutes and are held in my Rhinebeck, NY office. Sessions may also be held via telephone, FaceTime or Skype.

Fees range from $90-$180. Because I believe everyone can benefit from coaching, I offer a sliding scale and can work within almost any budget.
